About Us
I am Deacon Ken Gay, husband of 35 years, father of 13 children, and Deacon of four years in our rich Catholic Church. With all the demands of my day-to-day life, I was challenged to balance my personal and prayer life. I knew I couldn’t be the only one. This struggle led me to create Lift Up My Heart.
